Idukki District is a Spice Garden of God's own Kerala. Intercropped with other spices - the beans from the Hills of Idukki is fruity and floral , to say the least. In the last few years, with the help of a social enterprise Go Ground, growers have invested their time to focus of post harvest process to yield higher quality of cacao. When the cacao reaches us - our aim to roast it carefully so that we retain these taste profiles that takes you to Kerala whenever you take a bite.
